Space Bridge Ltd. is a BRIdge Alfa Fund investing in modern technological solutions at an early stage development phase (seed). The fund supports innovative projects with a high market potential at the stage of research and development, financing, management and rapid growth of value in areas related to space industry, Internet of Things (IoT), ICT and robotics.

The fund invests in start-up companies that carry out projects in the Proof of Concept and Proof of Principle phases, providing them with initial non-equity ("pre-equity investment stage") and then providing equity financing from private funds (20%) and equity investment stage (80%).
The aim of the Fund is to combine the potential of the existing professional network of the Mazovia Cluster ICT Key National Key Cluster, Strategic Partners of the Fund, Key Technology Advisors and Fund Managers in the space industry and scientific institutions from the space industry of Central, Eastern and Western Europe with funds investing or willing to invest in this branch of industry. Thanks to such synergy, research and development projects with a high international commercialisation potential are provided with financing, build their value and ultimately provide private investors with capital gains.

Potential for cooperation

We offer companies cooperating with Space Bridge Fund not only financing projects at an early stage of development up to EUR 200,000, but also access to a wide database of experts and specialists in the field of technology, science and business, as well as access to the Fund's partners' rich experience.
We invest in companies and startups, taking over some of the company's shares in return. We invest in the perspective of 2 to 6 years and our exit from the investment may take place through the sale of shares to an industry investor, managerial buyout or through a public offering.
