Call for tender (CFT) for the upgrade of the HVAC systems operating at the Main and Satellite buildings in Vitacura.
The scope of work includes the provision of approx. 70 HVAC equipment, the maintenance of those units in good shape as well as the replacement of old, blocked and damaged piping, according to a review of the current system done by experts in the field.
Works will need to be carried out in buildings continuously used, so high standard mitigation measures, in particular with flexible working schedules, should be put in place.
The CFT is scheduled to be issued in Q3/2020 to potential suppliers in Chile.
The contract is expected to be awarded in Q4/2020, to the Bidder, which has submitted a fully compliant Tender and offers the lowest price.
