ESO has announced a tender procedure for the supply, installation and service of multifunction devices that enable copying, printing and scanning. The devices are to be delivered to the headquarters of the orgainization in Garching near Munich.

Supply and Servicing of Multifunction Printers
Call for tender (CFT) covering the Supply and servicing of multi-function devices that include printing, copying and scanning. The service shall include consumables (e.g. toner), repairs, maintenance and support of the devices. The devices shall be delivered to, installed and con-figured at ESO Headquarters in Garching.
The contract will start on 1 September 2019 for a firm period of 3 years, with the option to extend it by up to 2 more years.
The CFT is scheduled to be issued in Q1/2019 to companies in the ESO Member States.
The contract will be awarded to the bidder, which has submitted a fully compliant tender and offers the lowest price.
