S2Innovaton is specialized in the design and implementation of data acquision and control controls systems at research centers and industry. We use TANGO Controls (http://www.tango-controls.org/), EPICS (https://epics-controls.org/), LabVIEW (http://www.ni.com/pl-pl /shop/labview.html) and other tools in order to fulfills the needs of our partners. We cooperate with scientific equipment producers creating and integrating the necessary control software.
Experience
Since its beginning S2Innovation provides services for BIG Science Institutions such as: European Synchrotron Radiation Facility (ESRF) in France, MAX IV Laboratory in Sweden and Synchrotron SOLARIS in Poland. We are working on development and maintenance of the TANGO Controls and provide custom build software solutions for individual needs of our clients such as Integrated Critical Alarms Managment System at Synchrotron SOLARIS.
Experience in Big Science projects
S2Innovation has been operating on the BIG Science market since the beginning. Details are presented above, but the company's creators have gained invaluable experience during the creation and implementation of the control system in the currently most advanced synchrotron lightsource in Europe: MAX IV Laboratory in Sweden and the first in Poland and the only one synchrotron in Central and Eastern Europe in Krakow.
Potential for cooperation
We are looking for cooperation with Polish and foreign research centers interested in implementation, development or modification of control systems for science infrastructures, both in small and large scale. We are also looking for business partners for whom we could create software and control applications for their products. We help to develop and adapt control software to the needs of research centers.
