Expert Solutions Sp. z o.o. (EXSO)
The Expert Solutions (EXSO) company is created by specialists in their fields: programmers, implementers and constructors. We can divide our activity into two profiles - construction and IT: the construction team functions as a design office, dealing in the design of machinery and equipment and structures, especially for the Araj (www.araj.pl); the IT team functions as a software house and deals with the creation of dedicated systems for customers, based on its own developed modules, especially for the biggest group of agricultural machinery manufacturers in Poland and a big manufacturer of ventilation units - VBW.
Our customers are mostly production companies that, through our solutions, optimize the key processes of their operations. Solutions provided by EXSO include management of sales, production, warehouses and logistics management. EXSO as a company focused on development, implements innovative projects and continuously searches for solutions related to new technologies.
Exso has been on the market for 10 years. We have carried out our projects for both Polish and foreign clients. We specialize in creating systems and portals that improve the results of our clients. Our additional activity is the design of machines incorporated into Industry 4.0 systems. Exso's major customers include the largest manufacturers of agricultural machinery and equipment in Poland, equipment manufacturers for the industry and the service sector.
We work with universities, including with the Wrocław University of Technology, the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences in Wrocław and Aalborg University.
We have experience in the implementation of international projects with companies and universities from Denmark, Australia, Austria and Sweden.
Succeses and awadrs
One of our achievements is the implementation of a project co-financed by the National Center for Research and Development as part of the Strategic Research and Development Program "Environment, Agriculture and Forestry" - BIOSTRATEG.
The goal of this project is to develop an innovative method of air purification in cereal and seed grain dryers with reduction of pollutant emissions. The program includes five strategic problem areas:
- food security and food safety,
- rational management of natural resources with particular emphasis on water management,
- counteraction and adaptation to climate change, with particular emphasis on agriculture,
- protection of biodiversity
- sustainable development of the agricultural production space
- forestry and wood industry.
The Exso company, implementing this research project, is a member of the consortium headed by the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences, as well as the Wrocław University of Technology, the University of Life Sciences in Lublin and the Institute of Technology and Life Sciences in Falenty.
As part of a consortium, we carry out industrial research in existing drying installations.
The end of the project is scheduled for 1.04.2021 and the result of this project will be a prototype of the drying and heat recovery system, as well as the implementation of the ecological installation of the drying-storage complex.
Experience in Big Science projects
Exso does not yet have experience in the Big Science market. However, we have the potential to join such projects. Our experience gained in the BIOSTRATEG program, the program of scientific research and development works prepared by the National Center for Research and Development, can be adapted for the needs of energy or ecological agriculture.
In addition, the valuable experience that we have acquired in previous projects is the use of elements of artificial intelligence, i.e. neural networks and expert systems.
Potential for cooperation
Taking into account two profiles of the company, we can cooperate in the construction and programming. 99% of the company are engineers - specialists in their fields.
We are looking for cooperation in consortia where there is a demand for our competences, that is:
a) machine, equipment and construction design
b) programming using Java technology, in particular in the areas of internet portals, systems of integration and process automation
c) electronics in the areas of mini / microcomputers and embedded systems. We use Raspberry or Banana microcomputers as well as NUC type microcomputers.
