The administrator of the website is Wrocławski Park Technologiczny S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław at ul. Muchoborska 18.
The contact base in the Big Science Hub portal is open to: legal persons, organizational units without legal personality, organizations, foundations, associations, government agencies, as well as other national, foreign or international bodies carrying out their activities in an organized legal structure. They should be involved in or cooperate with the market of new technologies, high-tech and innovation.
The company/organization submitting its business card agrees to:
- The processing of personal data and the data of the submitted party contained in the business card to be published on the website;
- The use of the logo, name, or other identifying graphic signs on the website as well as in other promotional materials prepared by the Controller in order to promote the website, in cases in which the sign appears in the material as part of the website;
- Editorial changes and corrections of errors and clerical errors in the content having no impact on the substantive information contained in the submitted business card.
The business card submitter declares that:
- the person submitting the business card, expressing relevant approvals and acceptance of the necessary provisions, is entitled to do so and to make relevant declarations of will on behalf of the submitted party;
- has all the necessary permissions to publish the submitted photographs and multimedia materials on the website;
- has all the necessary permissions to use the image of people appearing in the submitted photographs and multimedia materials.
The Controller reserves the right to refuse to publish or to remove the business card from the website at any time and for any reason.
The Controller is not responsible for the content, mistakes, errors and legal defects of the published materials. If any charges are brought against the Controller by a third party for infringement of copyright to any material published on the basis of the submission, the submitting party agrees to immediately join the case as the defendant, release the Controller from any claims, and to satisfy any recognized or legally adjudicated claims.
Placing the entity’s business card on this website is free.
There’s no need to. A business card can be created by any company that has the potential to become either a supplier directly to the Great Science organization or a sub-supplier of other suppliers operating on this market.
Yes, sending the logotype at the stage of completing the registration form is mandatory. The logotype must be sent to us in jpg or png format, have a white or colorless background, have at least 72 DPI and a size of at least 600×600 px. Please do not exceed 1024 × 768 px.
Multimedia materials can be sent via the application form. If you do not have them ready during filling – it doesn’t matter. You can send them to us at any time to the following address: bs@technologpark.pl.
Photos can be sent to us in png or jpg format. They should be at least 72 DPI and not less than 1024 × 768 px.
The files to download can be in the following formats: pdf, zip, rar, ppt / pptx, word, xls, jpg, png, mp4. The maximum weight of files should not exceed 20 MB.
Videos should be sent to us in the form of a link to a website where they are published, e.g. YouTube, Vimeo – thanks to which we will embed them on the website.
Remember to correctly describe the files – their names will be the titles displayed on the business card of your company / institution.
To ensure a high quality of the base, we verify each business card for its correctness. After this time, your business card will appear on the site. If we think it has any deficiencies, we will contact you by email.
In this case, please select the OTHER option. After reviewing your business card, we will contact you to determine which industry / specialization to assign to the company / institution you represent.
To delete a business card, please contact us by writing to the following address: bs@technologpark.pl or by filling out the contact form.
The Controller reserves the right to:
- correct obvious clerical errors in your cards
- include only selected media files (photos, videos) submitted if their quality or quantity may affect the readability of a business card, cause difficulties in the functioning of the website or otherwise adversely affect the appearance or functioning of the page.
- process graphic images or other multimedia materials provided by the submitting party in order to optimize their online publication, in particular by changing their format, resolution, cropping or compression.
The Controller is not responsible for the content, mistakes, errors and legal defects of the published materials. This website is protected by copyright, it also contains text, graphics, trademarks, logos, photos, videos and other materials and files protected by copyright. The site layout and color scheme are the subject of protection under copyrights and related rights. Copying, reproduction, modification of data, information, materials and files contained on the website as well as the overall appearance of the individual web sites without the written consent of the Controller is prohibited.
The Controller reserves the right to unilaterally change these rules. Modifications enter into force after 7 days from the date of placing the revised version on this website.
The Controller is not liable for damage arising from malfunction of this website, as well from downloading defective content (virused files, malware) originating from files included in business cards placed by third parties in relation to the Controller.
This website, as well as the rules for the use of the business cards and placing third-party business cards, are subject to Polish law. The court competent to settle disputes arising in connection with the use of this website as well as claims related to the content published is the Polish court having jurisdiction over the seat of the Controller.
